A: Yes! All tours are professionally guided. Our guides share local insights, nature knowledge, and practical tips to make your experience memorable. While they are very knowledgeable, they are not history professors or academic experts—so please be kind and enjoy the journey together!

A: We explore Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, and Jasper National Parks, featuring iconic landmarks, hidden gems, and scenic viewpoints. Pick-ups are available from Banff and Canmore.
Q: What type of vehicles do you use?
A: Premium, comfortable vehicles designed for scenic travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride.
Q: Are tours suitable for all ages?
A: Tours are suitable for most ages. Infants under 2 are not permitted on group tours for safety.
Private Tours (Up to 6 Guests)
Q: What is a private tour?
A: A private tour is exclusively for you and your group, offering privacy, comfort, and flexibility.
Q: Can private tours be customized?
A: Absolutely! You can choose:
- Start time
- Duration
- Scenic stops & photo breaks
- Pace of the tour
Q: How many guests can join a private tour?
A: Maximum 6 guests per vehicle.
Group Tours (Small Groups – Max 10 Guests)
Q: What is a group tour?
A: A group tour is a shared experience with a small number of guests, perfect for meeting like-minded travellers.
Q: How large are group tours?
A: We keep group sizes small — maximum 10 guests for comfort and better views.
Q: Are infants or strollers allowed on group tours?
A: Infants under 2 and strollers are not permitted for safety and space reasons.
Seasonal & Winter Information
Q: When does Moraine Lake open and close?
A: Typically opens late May–early June and closes mid-October, depending on weather and road conditions.
Q: What happens in winter?
A: During winter:
- Moraine Lake stops are replaced with Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge on group tours
- Private tour routes may vary depending on conditions
Q: When does Moraine Lake turn turquoise?
A: Turquoise color typically appears mid-to-late June, after glacier melt. Early season visits may show darker or partially frozen water.

A: No. Meals and additional drinks are not included, but you may bring your own snacks.

Guest Conduct & Safety
Q: What behaviour is expected from guests?
A: Guests should:
- Be kind and respectful to guides
- Treat fellow guests with courtesy
- Follow guide instructions
- Avoid abusive or disruptive behaviour
Q: What if someone misbehaves?
A: Our policy:
- First incident: verbal warning
- Second incident: tour may be terminated with no refund
Q: Is alcohol or smoking allowed?
A: No. Alcohol, smoking, vaping, or substance use is strictly prohibited.

Q: Are tours wheelchair accessible?
A: No. Our tours are not wheelchair accessible.
Q: Can I bring strollers or large mobility aids?
A: No. Strollers and large mobility aids are not permitted.
